Cancellation and refunds are different
According to Fanvue’s unsubscribe instructions, open Settings, then Payments & Subscriptions, select Manage My Subscriptions, choose the creator, click Unsubscribe, and confirm. Keep the confirmation and check renewal status. The guide says paid access continues through the current period and recommends cancelling at least one or two hours before renewal.
The refund guide describes payments as generally non-refundable. Cancelling future renewal does not automatically reverse an existing payment. If content was inaccessible, misdescribed, or a charge seems wrong, contact official support with the receipt and details; applicable rights and the current terms govern the outcome.
